Subscription and credits

What a credit is

One Croco credit equals 1 HUF of calculated model cost. A credit is not money, not e-money, and is not redeemable for cash. Internal accounting uses 350 HUF per USD.

The monthly allowance depends on the plan: 250 for hosting only, 2,500 for website lite, and 20,000 for pro. The allowance belongs to that month and does not roll over unless checkout says otherwise.

What consumes credits

Credits are consumed only by billable AI, media, and speech surfaces. Hosting, storage, and non-AI app traffic do not consume credits.

Only the subsidised Croco price debits the allowance. A comparison official price by itself does not.

Invoices and withdrawal

BIMeXpert Kft. issues an invoice for a paid plan under Hungarian accounting rules, to the details on the account. Invoices open from Billing and invoices in the user menu.

A credit is not cash. On a consumer withdrawal, an unused unpaid allowance is not paid out as money. Fees already paid follow the withdrawal rule in the terms.
