The contract

The controller and the provider of Croco is BIMeXpert Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (BIMeXpert Kft.), an EU company established in Hungary. Seat: 2030 Érd, Bányász utca 21., Hungary. Using Croco forms a contract with BIMeXpert Kft. Croco is an AI workspace: conversation, files, and building and hosting websites and apps, within the plan that is available.

These terms are in Hungarian, English, and German. If they differ, the Hungarian text prevails. Mandatory Hungarian and EU consumer rules still apply to a consumer where this text would be narrower.

Account

The account is personal. You keep the sign-in credentials. The service is not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn that we have processed a child’s data, we delete it.

The AI

You are interacting with an AI system. Croco can be wrong or incomplete. It does not replace a lawyer, a doctor, an accountant, or a public authority. You approve what is published or sent.

Your content

Content you upload or create stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive right to store it, display it, and send it to a model provider to the extent the task requires.

You may not use the service for unlawful content, to infringe other people’s rights, to distribute harmful code, to break into the system, or to make the service unavailable to others on purpose. Reports go to privacy@crocoai.hu. We may remove infringing content and limit the account.

Subscription and withdrawal

Published prices are net, exclusive of VAT. Checkout adds tax from the billing country and the customer type. A consumer in Hungary pays 27% VAT. A consumer in another EU country pays Hungarian VAT at 27% while BIMeXpert Kft.’s cross-border digital sales to other EU consumers stay under €10,000 in a year; above that threshold, VAT is the customer’s national rate through the EU One Stop Shop. An EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT, and the invoice states the reverse charge. A customer outside the EU pays no EU VAT. A local sales tax or VAT in that country can arise only after Croco has to register there. Payment is collected by the provider named at checkout.

A consumer’s 14-day right of withdrawal for a digital service, under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014, applies before performance starts. If you expressly ask for performance during that period and acknowledge that you then lose the right for the service already supplied, checkout records that request and acknowledgement when payment is live.

Liability

Liability for intent, for death or personal injury, and for any liability that mandatory law does not allow to be limited, is not limited.

Otherwise liability for foreseeable loss caused by breach is capped at the fees you actually paid in the twelve months before the event. For free use that amount is zero, apart from liability that cannot be limited.

Law

Hungarian law governs the contract. A consumer keeps the mandatory protections and courts of their EU country of residence. Otherwise the courts of Hungary have jurisdiction.
